HOW TO CLAIM IN LIVES.
To claim any items during our Live, you must be FOLLOWING US.
Simply comment "Claim" plus the number of the Item, and the name or description of the item. During the LIVE, a Basket will be opened with your name and all the claimed items will be added There.
NOTE: Everyone's view on TikTok is different. TikTok will almost always show you that you claimed first. However, our view will display comments in a different order (we cannot control this). Claims will be given based on the FIRST comment we see on our side.
BASKETS
Baskets with your claims are due immediately if are Claimed in our TikTok Live or immediately after you have received your bill.
We will make you aware of how to pay that day. Please check your accounts for the invoice.
UN-PAID Baskets will be cleared the next day in the morning.
We MUST have your email & shipping address when baskets are opened so SUBSCRIBE in our webpage or create an account (including the user name that you use on LIVE so we know it is you. If we do not currently have this info, please message it to us on TikTok Messenger or Instagram Messenger (preferable). After each night's LIVE or private purchase, we will email you an updated invoice.

During any TikTok live, you can join as a subscriber. TikTok charges $5.99 per month for this subscription. TikTok keeps 50%, and gives 50% to the store.

* PRIVATE SALES: They required a $40 NO refundable deposit that will be used towards your purchase. PRIVATE APPOINTMENT are for 2hrs each appointment.
This is to ensure that all appointment are serious. If you dont show to your scheduled appointment you loose the deposit. IF you decide not to purchase anything, you as well loose the deposit. YOU MUST ensure that you are making this private appointment with the intention to buy. We are using our time to privately help you with your purchase.

- Checkout and select Pay Later with Sezzle which will give you more ways to pay.

Use Lilies Treasure Store's Layaway Plan
Is very Important that you Communicate to us before any purchase or LIVE event you wish to do a Layaway plan, you can buy at any moment through this program and not only in the LIVES.
RULES OF THE LAYAWAY:
By placing an Item(s) on Layaway, you agree to the following conditions
- On your first time, you will have a maximum allowance of $300 for Layaway.
- On your second time you will allowed to get up to $500 in LAYAWAY
- On your third time there will be no Limit.
- 20% MUST be deposited/Paid at the time of the request or $25 whatever is greater.
- Weekly payments are required in any amount but no less than $15. Payments MUST be made towards Layaway in the open bill that you will be receiving or in the open $1 listing in our web page ( dont forget to add your layaway information in the comments).
- All Payments can be made via emailed invoice or through our web site. (DO NOT USE ANY LISTING OF TIKTOK FOR LAYAWAY PAYMENTS) please add your information and layaway information in each payment..
- Any missed weekly payment will result in a VOIDING Layaway.
- Payments made towards Layaway will NOT be refunded. NO CANCELETATIONS ARE ALLOWED.
- Your layaway cathegory (S) : MUST be paid not later than (8)eigth weeks from the day it was requested. This category arebaskets of up to $450. Baskets category (H): are from $451 to $1000, which MUST be paid in full on (11)eleven weeks. LAYAWAYS over $1,001 need aproval and previos layaway history with the shop showing payments where made in good standing, This basket are category (Z) and MUST be paid in (16)sixteen weeks.
- . If by the due date of the layaway, the basket has not been paid in full, the basket will be put for sale in our LIVE, and the transaction Voided. Refunds will not be made. This money will be register as RESTOCKING fee.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT LAYAWAY
Purchase day: IT is considered the day on which the Layaway program was required or requested, this information will be on your bill.
Due Date: This is the last day at 5:00pm of the week category in which your basket needs to be paid off. This information will be in your invoice.
This program runs by week. Holidays and weekends are included in this program, you must ensure your payments are made before the holiday or weekend to be received on time.
NO E-CHECKS are accepted. Payment is considered accepted or received when it is cleared by the bank, and we have received a confirmation. No pending Payments are accepted as a cleared payment or accepted as paid bill.
When you put an item in layaway you are holding the item from another person, and it is on our shelves for weeks at the time in hold so NO CANCELATIONS, NO REFUNDS, or RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE LAYAWAY PROGRAM.
